Employer standards

TFA Jobs Listing Rules.

Paid vacancies publish immediately, so every employer must meet these standards. They protect candidates, credible employers and the quality of the TFA Jobs board.

01

Genuine Vacancies Only

The role must be a real, currently available job, contract, internship or freelance opportunity in football or a closely related football business.

02

Accurate And Transparent

Employer identity, role title, location, working arrangement, responsibilities, requirements and application route must be truthful and not misleading.

03

Safe And Lawful

Listings must not be discriminatory, exploitative, fraudulent or unlawful. Employers must not request improper fees, sensitive financial details or unrelated personal data from applicants.

04

A Clear Application Route

Every listing must link to a legitimate employer-controlled application page or trusted recruitment platform where candidates can apply securely.

05

One Vacancy Per Listing

A single-listing purchase covers one distinct vacancy. Unlimited-plan submissions must still represent genuine individual roles for the subscribing organisation.

TFA's Moderation Rights

TFA may correct formatting, request evidence, deactivate or remove a listing that breaches these rules or creates a material risk to candidates or the board. Serious or repeated breaches may prevent future submissions. Refund decisions are made case by case, taking the circumstances and work already performed into account.
